A dealer is an entity that sells original parts & equipment directly from manufacturing companies. This means that they have access to original high quality parts, machine schematics, and even mechanic classes that allow us to easily diagnose issues with machines of the brand. They can also run warranty on machines from the brands they represent, meaning that if there is an issue that is not your own fault, you wont be charged for repair costs.
Non-dealers do not have access to machine schematics, nor do they have direct access to original parts. In addition they cannot run warranty for equipment whom they ar not dealers for.
